Hostile Intentions 4, 18 June 2011

Hostile Intentions is a show put on by Hamilton Muay Thai and their fourth show featured Rung Karnphan, billed as a world champion taking on British champion Steven Brown as well as Scottish stand-out, #2 ranked WPMF fighter and current IKF European Flyweight Champion Joanne Calderwood fighting WPMF champion Leatitia Lambert from France, in what I gather is a non-title bout.

Rung, who now fights out of his own Muay Thai school in Inverness won by TKO. Steven Brown retired between rounds one and two with a broken jaw.

Jojo Calderwood trains out of the Griphouse/Caledonian Muay Thai in Glasgow and has made a habit of winning big bouts in the last few years. She won last night won by cut stoppage in the 4th round in a fight she was dominating by all accounts.
